Terms and Conditions for Participating in InnoTechXperience Online Competitions, Courses & Workshops

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before participating in any online competition, course, or workshop hosted by upgradeskills.

1. Acceptance of Terms: By participating in any online competition, course, or workshop, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not participate.

2. Eligibility: Participants must meet the eligibility criteria specified for each competition, course, or workshop. Age restrictions, qualifications, or other requirements may apply. We reserve the right to disqualify participants who do not meet the eligibility criteria.

4. Participant Conduct: Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and professionally. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior towards other participants or organizers may result in immediate disqualification and removal from the event.

Intellectual Property: All materials provided during competitions, courses, or workshops, including but not limited to content, resources, and software, are the intellectual property of upgradeskills and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

6. Privacy and Data Protection: We respect your privacy and will handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By participating, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule competitions, courses, or workshops due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be notified, and alternative arrangements or refunds may be provided at our discretion.
